Hear ye, lovers of ink and stage!
Attend, fair reader, and give thine art a voice!
Choose thou thy charge:
– Shape a book cover, rich with promise,
That tempts the eye and hints at secrets within;
Or else
– Fashion a single page of graphic tale,
Where speech and scene in pictured form do live.
Be brave, be keen, be true to Shakespeare’s soul—
For fortune favours those who dare create.
Delay not! Take thy chance, and thus proclaim:
“I enter, and I make the play my own.”
Or you can just go check out the competition rules in the library and talk to either Mrs Fouché or Kate Brazendale in Y12 who is the student Head of Academic Scholars.
