We are the Gordon’s Quarterly Gazette who publish articles, posts and other news-related items. Our website address is: https://gordonsqg.co.uk.
Comments
The Quarterly Gazette website does not permit user comments, therefore no data related to comments is collected by the website.
What data is collected
If you do not hold an account with the website, the website collects your IP address, what pages you click on, what device you use and what page referred you (Where you came from to get to our website) for the purpose of website statistics, your IP address is also used for security purposes to identify and prevent abuse and attacks. The statistics are aggregated and anonymised, they are not used to identify individual users and the data collected cannot be used to track or identify individual users by website administrators.
If you hold an account with the website, we will also collect your email address, username, name (Should you provide one) as provided by you along with the IP address(es) which you log in from amongst other information to enable you to log in to the website, perform the required activities and for security purposes.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not share your data with any party outside of Gordon’s School and all data remains on the Gordon’s Quarterly Gazette website server as hosted within the United Kingdom.

For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile until the deletion of their account by themselves or by a website administrator. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
